Q&A
What are the characteristics of a bond like the Frosinone Bond?
It is an innovative and effective way for an unlisted company to raise funds from a non-institutional audience (e.g. general public). Bonds like the Frosinone Bond are typically issued at a fixed interest rate over a set period of time (e.g. 5 years). The investor is repaid through interest payments at regular intervals, until the maturity of the bond at which point the initial investment (principal) is repaid.
Who is issuing the Frosinone Bond?
The Frosinone Bond is issued by Crowdfunding Frosinone Calcio plc, a public limited company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 11074196 and with its registered office at One Fetter Lane, London EC4A1BR (the “Company”). The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Together Infrastrutture Sportive S.r.l. Società di Progetto (“TIS”). TIS holds the infrastructure assets related to Frosinone Calcio (including the Benito Stirpe stadium).

Where can I receive additional support or request more information?
Frosinone has provided two people, Maria and Anna Fanfarillo, who will be available at the Frosinone Store (Benito Stirpe stadium) Monday to Friday between 10-11 and 16-17 or at 077581902/3477822333. Alternatively, you can email frosinone@tifosy.com.
If I request interest to be paid to my bank account what information should I provide?
Upon successful closing of the Frosinone Bond, you will be asked to include your bank details in your Tifosy profile on the Tifosy website. Yearly payments of interest due on your investment will then be paid to this bank account.
How much is being raised?
The target is to raise €1,000,000 by the issue of the Frosinone Bond. The Frosinone Bond may be issued when the minimum target of €500,000 has been reached. In order to satisfy demand, up to €1,500,000 of Frosinone Bonds in total may be issued.
What exactly will be built from the funds raised?
The money raised through the Frosinone Bond will be directly invested in the development of facilities in and around Stadio Benito Stirpe. Included in this phase of development will be a state-of-the-art gym and locker room for team use, development of the Frosinone Village (shops and restaurants to support the local area 24/7) and a medical centre providing affordable medical care for the local community.
Why does the new stadium need additional investment?
The Benito Stirpe Stadium was built to give Frosinone Calcio a ground worthy of its ambitions and this second phase of development will offer fans and the community a home that is alive throughout the week and not just for football.
When can I invest until?
The application period will be open until 23:59 on 4th February 2018. However, if the demand is very high and applications for €1,500,000 come before that date, the application period may close early.
What happens if we don’t reach €1,000,000 target?
Should the campaign raise more than the minimum threshold of €500,000 but not hit the target, the Company will need to look into further funding options but has nevertheless undertaken to continue with the planned developments.
What do I need to do before deciding whether to invest?
You should read the documentation in full, including the Invitation Document, the Bond Instrument document, and the Q&A document, and make sure you fully understand the risks involved. Click "Invest Now" to submit an application through the Frosinone Calcio campaign page on the Tifosy platform.
