The Super League revenue distribution is similar in structure to US sports

The reported method of revenue distribution for the newly announced Super League is very similar to the structure of US leagues such as the NBA and NFL. The 15 'founding clubs' will share 32.5% of broadcasting and sponsorship revenues equally, with another 32.5% distributed between all 20 participating clubs. Another 20% of the revenue would be awarded based on performance and the last 15% would be shared based on TV audience.
