Tifosy is looking for a talented, super-hardworking and self-starting Social Media & Content Manager to exponentially grow its social media presence and take active ownership of all social media activity for all Tifosy fanfunding campaigns globally. You will focus on delivering engaging content (pics, gifs, videos, live broadcasting, blogs) at ultra-rapid pace for publication across several social networks (Facebook and Facebook Live, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat) + e-mail marketing/website. This includes taking control of club social media activity with high-frequency engaging campaign-related content which leads to dramatic increases of the reach and conversion of our fanfunding campaigns. This job is ultra-stimulating but high-pressure and requires a real can-do attitude and passion to get results. Do not apply if you’re looking for a 9-to-5 job.

  • Grow Tifosy's digital presence/brand and build strong community (a real movement that is changing the sports industry)
  • Take ownership and further develop Tifosy's social media and content strategy into a best-in-class one
  • Obsessively implement this strategy through a constantly-updated content/social media calendar across all platforms
  • Create content based on rapid high-quality turn-around to ensure maximum growth and engagement across all platforms
  • Work seamlessly with Tifosy’s campaign teams and create daily engaging content at lightning speed for use on club social media channels (based on frequent campaign developments)
  • Report data-driven company-wide and club-specific insights by logging and analysing results of all social media activity (Tifosy and club-accounts)
  • Write regular and differentiated content for Tifosy website and blog with a view to enhance Tifosy domain authority
  • Develop and implement Tifosy’s e-mail marketing strategy to increase community and campaign contributions
  • Measure and significantly improve performance through weekly reporting based on agreed KPIs
  • Be constantly available for fan social media interactions and campaign responses
  • Communicate constantly with rest of the team to improve campaign effectiveness and social media impact
  • Report directly to the CEO and be comfortable with tasks outside of your remit

In terms of experience:
  • You have demonstrated real excellence in your previous career and can validate this based upon outstanding results
  • At least two years’ relevant experience as an all-round social media / community manager running major social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc), i.e. you create/source your own engaging content and know how to build a real following
  • Extremely skilful at creating engaging visual and video content to deliver against agreed message strategy at rapid pace for use in social media, email and other digital (paid) marketing channels, using professional software e.g. Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and video equivalents
  • Significant experience in writing high-quality blog and website content
  • Comfortable with paid marketing mechanics (AdWords, retargeting, social media advertising, etc)
  • You are proficient at excel / powerpoint and are comfortable with large amounts of data
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • You live and breathe the internet and social media
  • Experience in the sports industry is a plus

Internship – Sales/Marketing & Campaign Management

Tifosy is an innovative Sports Fanfunding platform, helping sports clubs to raise necessary funds for club development through the support of their fanbase. We have worked with football, rugby, basketball and hockey clubs in the UK, Italy, Holland, France and Spain and we are rapidly growing our business as we enter our third year. The company was founded by experienced professionals from the investment banking, FMCG marketing and sports marketing sectors, and by former Chelsea and Juventus player Gianluca Vialli – who is very much involved with the business.

Tifosy is looking for a great Sales & Marketing/Campaign Manager on an internship basis, to support the sales department in sourcing new club campaigns, and support the execution of campaigns in the delivery phase. On the Sales/Marketing side, you will focus on club research to support sales meetings (club context, on- and off-pitch performance, fan relationship), and on industry research and content-writing to help deliver publications to build Tifosy brand awareness & credibility. On the Campaign management side, you will work with the Campaign Owner and directly with the clubs, designing campaign execution plans and timelines, marketing materials, writing content and supporting on match-days.

  • Passionate sports supporter (football/rugby) who understand fans
  • Experience writing articles for publication and/or social media content
  • Graphic/artwork creation capability


We're an exciting, new team building a product that will change the way that Sport clubs will raise money. We're looking for a frontend developer to help take us to new heights of UX heaven. You must be reasonably confident with:
  • Pair Programming
  • Javascript & jQuery (Backbone.js, Angular, Ember or something similar)
  • TDD (Jasmine)
  • Object oriented design
  • HTML 5 (& maybe a bit of SVG?)
  • Mobile, tablet & desktop design
  • Responsive CSS & SASS
  • Wireframing
  • Photoshop (or an equivalent tool)

You must be a strong communicator with a passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work and challenging problems. Maybe you're interested in D3.js or app development?

  • Object oriented design
  • Git and Github
