Founded in 1893, Genoa CFC is the oldest club in Italy and one of the most decorated. A pioneer of Italian football, the Club won several domestic league and national cup titles between the late 19th and early 20th Century and, alongside Juventus FC, was the first Italian side to compete in a European competition.

Following their acquisition of Genoa CFC in 2021, the new ownership has sought to build a future worthy of the Club's prestige, by putting in place the right foundations to deliver long-term financial sustainability.

Central to Genoa CFC's mission to deliver sporting excellence and financial sustainability, is investment in the youth and women's teams. In building state-of-the-art facilities for the men's academy and administrative facilities for the women's team, Genoa CFC will offer elite sporting and administrative facilities that will allow it to attract and develop the best players at all levels of the club.

Now, to bring this next phase of development to life, the Board and Leadership invite you to invest alongside them in building the future of Genoa CFC.

The Genoa Bond will pay investors a fixed rate of 9% interest per annum over its 5-year term, after which the investors will be repaid their initially invested capital and any accrued interest.

Funds raised from the Genoa Bond will be invested in developing state-of-the-art facilities for the Club’s Academy and administrative facilities for the women’s team. The new centre will be based in the "Badia di Sant'Andrea", an historical Abbey located in the Erzelli district of Genoa.

The new development will include dormitories, a cafeteria, communal areas, study rooms, offices and an 11-a-side football pitch.

An innovative and engaging investment solution, the Genoa Bond is designed to offer an attractive return on investment, whilst supporting the club's vision and long-term strategy.
