What should I do if I am not receiving emails from Tifosy?
If our emails are not arriving in your Inbox, please check the “Junk” or “Spam” folder. If you find emails from us there, please move them to the Inbox to “teach” your system that these should not be viewed as junk or spam. In addition, you can add Tifosy email addresses (no-reply@tifosy.com, info@tifosy.com) to your address book or contacts list: this should also help our emails to be recognised as important.
N.B. We have detected an issue relating to a minority of Microsoft (Outlook, Live and Hotmail) accounts which means that emails (not only from Tifosy) do not go into the regular Spam/Junk folder but can only be accessed by logging into your account through the web access log in, which is at https://outlook.live.com/owa/. You might find a number of emails you have not previously seen.
