Investment Process

Can I invest from outside of the Issuer’s jurisdiction?

Yes, as long as you are resident in a country that forms part of the European Economic Area (EEA) or any other country in which investing would be permitted.

Nothing on the Tifosy website shall be considered an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy, securities in any jurisdiction in which such offer or solicitation is unlawful and, in particular, Tifosy does not promote investment opportunities in the United States.

Before accessing an investment offer you should inform yourself about and observe any investment restrictions relevant to your jurisdiction.

If you are told that we are not currently able to accept investors from your local jurisdiction but you have a strong pre-existing connection to a specific investment opportunity, you may be eligible to invest if you get in touch with the issuer and ask them to get in touch with Tifosy directly.

If investing from outside the UK please be aware that payments made to your Tifosy Wallet are to a client bank account in the UK and therefore your bank or debit card provider may charge you a fee for an international money transfer or for using your debit card to make a foreign transaction.
